GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND REFERENDUM
President Casteen and presidents of other Virginia colleges and universities are united
behind funding for higher education facilities in the Commonwealth. On November
5th, Virginia voters will have the opportunity to vote for a bond referendum that
will provide $846 million to improve capital facilities at institutions throughout the
state.
